Simple Plan is a Canadian rock band from Montreal, Quebec that formed in 1999. The band consists of Pierre Bouvier (vocals), Jeff Stinco (lead guitar), Sébastien Lefebvre (rhythm guitar and backing vocals), David Desrosiers (bass) and Chuck Comeau (drums). Simple Plan has released five studio albums: No Pads, No Helmets…Just Balls, Still Not Getting Any, Simple Plan, Get Your Heart On! and Taking One for the Team.
Since their formation, Simple Plan has sold over 10 million records worldwide. Their songs have become much-loved anthems to teens around the world. Simple Plan have also performed at numerous music festivals including Warped Tour and the Reading and Leeds Festivals in England, as well as Japan’s Summer Sonic Festival.
With their success, Simple Plan has also been able to give back. In 2007, Simple Plan started a foundation called Simple Plan Foundation which provides financial assistance and support for those affected by suicide and addiction. The organization has raised over $1 million since its inception.
