1. Both Ant Man And Wasp were created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
They first appeared in Tales to Astonish #44 in 1963.
2. The original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne, was created as a love interest for Hank Pym (Ant Man).
Ant Man And Wasp are often considered a package deal because of this.
3. Janet Van Dyne is the only founding member of the Avengers who hasn’t been killed off in the comics.
4. In the comics, Hank Pym has had a number of different superhero identities, including Ant Man, Giant Man, Goliath, and Yellowjacket.
